Missouri is fighting back…

This is pretty straight forward...
Following is the text of an email I received today concerning Proposition C which will appear on the ballot in Missouri on August 3, this Proposition is intended to Make Missourians exempt from the dreaded "Obamacare"... Missouri is leading the charge in this area and it is my hope that more states will follow suit..
Please spread the word about the bill that is coming up for a vote in
Missouri on Aug 3 regarding our healthcare (Obamacare). Missouri is the
first state to get it on a ballot for the Aug 3rd election. It is the
Healthcare Freedom Amendment and if we can get this passed Missouri
citizens will be exempt from having to purchase the National Health
Insurance and it would make it illegal for them to fine us if we don't
buy the health insurance. It is proposition C on the ballot. We have less
than 30 days to get the word out.

The Missouri Health Care Freedom Amendment, Proposition C will appear on

health care plans. The measure does not advocate a particular plan but
measure advocates say the measure will "protect the individual’s right to
make health care decisions." Opponents of the measures and some
constitutional scholars say the proposals are mostly symbolic, intended
to send a message of political protest, and have little chance of
succeeding in court over the long run.
