Herminator Rising…

Rejoice Cainiacs!  The Hermanator has awoken!  Today in Florida Herman Cain dominated the so called front runners to win the Florida Republican P5 Straw Poll.  Or as others have put it…

and, of course, from the great one himself…

…here are the results…

CAIN . . . . . . . . . . . 37.1%
PERRY . . . . . . . . . 15.4%
ROMNEY . . . . . . . 14.7%
SANTORUM . . . . 10.9%
PAUL . . . . . . . . . .  10.4%
GINGRICH . . . . . . 8.4%
HUNTSMAN . . . . 2.3%
BACHMANN . . . . 1.5%

…complete and utter domination…

I think this section of Thursday nights debate really helped Cain…

And for those who say Cain can’t compete nationally because he doesn’t have good nationwide name recognition (although I think tonight’s results will make a big difference in this area), consider this…

On Sept. 1 Rasmussen released a poll in which it was found that, if the election were held then, Cain would lose to Obama 35%-42%…

On Sept. 13 Zogby released a poll in which it was found that, if the election were held then, Cain would lose to Obama 42%-45%, With a margin of error of 2.2% this is a tiny edge for Obama…

On Sept. 22 Cain has very good showing in Fox News/Google debate (see above) and gains some recognition…

On Sept. 24 Cain dominates the Florida P5 straw poll and gets all kinds of national headlines…

The Herminator is rising folks, I’d like to see that poll again next week and see how much he is shaking things up.

Obama convinces someone to support Herman Cain instead…

…really, that should apply to anyone who has actually listened to what the man has to say…

Anyway, Chris at Citizen Conservative was kind enough to give me a heads up on this great cartoon parody of what might happen during the upcoming “Dinner With The One”…

During the meal the Obama supporter slowly becomes ashamed of the fact that she voted for him when she begins to realize just how dim-witted he is; and, by the end, she has seen the light and jumped on the Cain Train…

This piece is very well done, and quite funny as well.  Check it out…

Never fear, I secured the footage for you here…

Obviously, this is a very tongue-in-cheek post; but, seriously, I can’t wait to see that debate.  Do your part to support Mr. Cain by pledging to join in on the June 27th. moneybomb…

A must see site for fellow Cainiacs…

Today I came across a great site, at least it’s great if you’re a Herman Cain fan like me…

Its called Herman Cain Facts, and the author takes a satirical look at all things Herman Cain. From what I could tell this is a fairly new site, but I think it has great promise…

Check out this site if you’re excited about the Hermanator, and if you’re not convinced yet: here are a few samples of his work…

Herman Cain Facts

When Herman Cain was a boy, he cut down his father’s cherry tree. Then he put it back together, and it bore many cherries.

When Godfather Pizza was going broke, Herman Cain told the pizza to start tasting better, and it did.

Biography of Herman Cain

On the sixth day Herman Cain divided the land above the border from the land below the border with an impenetrable expanse of wall and moat. Thus Herman Cain divided the land according to his will, and the drug wars ended, and it was good. And America prospered for a sixth day.

Truthfulness and Integrity Could End Cain’s Run

On the other side of the aisle, many Democrat Party leaders feel the same way. Former President Bill Clinton said “The American people want a leader they can’t trust too much. Cain is like a breath of fresh air. People don’t trust that.” Clinton, a former two-term president, suggested that his success can be directly attributed to his steadfast refusal to stand by any principles. “Trust me,” he said, “You won’t gain anyone’s trust by telling the truth. I should know.”

Patriotic Pastor May Sink Herman Cain’s Chances

Others suggest that these church affiliations may automatically disqualify Cain from the presidency. Legal scholar Van Jones has come down hard on Cain, claiming that his patriotism and church participation may create a situation in which he is unable to separate church and state, which the constitution requires. “I don’t think we’ve ever had a president who believed that God should bless America, at least not since I started following politics in 2008,” he stated.

Hahahaha…

I started laughing again just putting this post together real quick.  Check it out!

The UNSTOPPABLE Herman Cain surges to the front…

In the May Townhall.com/Hot Air stawpoll the Hermanator surged to the front of the pack!  Ripping the lead away from Ron Paul and Sarah Palin by gaining 17.6 points in the last month…

With 24.8% of the vote he holds a greater percentage of the total than any one else has this year…

For more information on this, check out Townhall’s Facebook Page

Here are the results: the first number is the percent received, and the second number is the change from last month…

Enjoy…

And heres a stellar music-video (hattip to Hot Air).

…and finally, heres a great point from that Hot Air article…

Like I said after Frank Luntz’s focus group went nuts for him in South Carolina, he may very well emerge as the “southern candidate” in the field. How the media’s going to square that with their deathless assumptions about southern conservative racism, I have no idea — but it’ll be amazing to watch.

Good news for Herman Cain fans such as myself…

…the ‘Hermanator’ says he “Feels compelled to run.”

I found this video on the ARRA News Service, in it we see an interview Herman Cain did with a Fox News affiliate, in which, he discusses the likelihood that he might run for president.  Besides the above mentioned awesome quote, he discusses the fact that his campaign would be “long-shot,” but that he feels “compelled” because of the serious issues he sees facing America today.  He also, points out that we don’t need a politician to run this country, we need a successful business mind, such as his own, that can direct this country back onto the right track.

Pelosi: Its not my fault we got crushed in the midterms/and other shenanigans…

Poor Nancy seems to be suffering from some sort of hallucinations

It seems that in her desperation to retain her leadership position in the Democrat party she is engaging some blame deflecting revisionist history.  In a NPR interview this morning she said, We didn’t lose the election because of me,” instead, she attributes it to the bad economy and: $100 million of outside, unidentified funding.”

‘Those shady Republicans, used all kinds of dirty underhanded techniques.  Waaaawaaaa…

What she fails to acknowledge is that Democrats had way more money than Republicans.  According to the Washington Post:

Overall, Democratic candidates in the 63 races that flipped to the GOP had $206.4 million behind them, a tally that includes candidate fundraising and spending by parties and interests. That compares to only $171.7 million for their GOP rivals.

Also, if you check this out, you will see that Democrats had more money across the board…

Overall, nothing new.  Just another liberal spewing B.S., from HotAir:

375,000 : The number of Americans with pre-existing conditions HHS said would apply for coverage in the first year of ObamaCare, one of the main political arguments for its implementation.

8,011 : The number that actually did .

And thats not all, apparently in Minnesota anybody, and I do mean anybody, can vote

Is it just me, or is that ridiculous?

I have neglected writing about this…

During the run up to the recent election I spent quite a bit of time talking about the race for U.S. Congress here in my home district (MO-04), and I am very happy to say that Vicky Hartzler did indeed defeat Ike Skelton on November 2.  I have no idea why I didn’t get around to writing about his until now, I guess it kind of slipped my mind during the euphoria of the sweeping victories across the country…  From Vicky’s facebook page:

“We did it!!!!  We united together as the good people of the 4th District and said, ‘It’s time to take back our country!’ “

She then went on to say this was a result of the people of this district being fed-up with the direction of the country:

“Some people were surprised.  I wasn’t because I know YOU.  We are not Nancy Pelosi and I have been sharing with people for over a year now that we are fed up, fired up, and were going to stand up on Election Day and make our voices heard—and we did!”

This is just a story that has become familiar in recent days as Americans across the nation took to the polls on election day in an effort to “take back our country.”  The final margin of victory was 50%-45% in favor of Hartzler.  Here is Skelton’s concession…

Victory! Sweet, but what will the aftertaste be?

So much for the Republicans being an endangered species, huh?

After the epic victories for the Republicans this past Tuesday I think it is safe to say that that story was simply pathetic hopefulness on the part of deranged liberals…  Nothing new to report there.

I haven’t posted much about the elections because theres not much to say.  Conservative ideals won the day.  I couldn’t be happier.  Well, if we had won the Senate back too I would be happier, but that would be like not being happy that the Chiefs won the Super Bowl because they only one by three points.  Oh well, we’ll do better next time!

I don’t think I really need to go into detail about what happened if you don’t know by now you obviously don’t care that much, but here is a great video from Sarah Palin indicating that yes there is “morning in America.”

Enough with the gloating, as Boehner said, “This is not a time to celebrate.”  Here is some truth, the Republicans had better bear down and not give an inch on the conservative principles that gave them this victory, or they will get the same, if not worse, treatment in two years.  Some food for thought, there is a group of people who strongly espouse these conservative principles who would be more than happy to gain Tea Party support should the Republicans fail to follow through on their promises.  The Constitution Party, I know eyes are rolling; but do some study you just might find you like what you see.  That is, if you have strong Conservative political beliefs like me…

It is beginning

The Republicans have picked up their first Senate seat I will not be blogging throughout the night…

Sooooo, your on your own Fox has a pretty cool map, but theres lots of places to get great info…
